Effective and Harmonious Labs: Building Great Teams from Day 1 Online
Managing a research lab requires communication, delegation, clarity, and empathy. In this session, participants will work with fellow basic health science faculty to optimize trainee recruitment, build an effective plan for managing multiple trainees, and reflect on how to engage in critical conversations with compassion and cultural awareness.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Optimize trainee recruitment and onboarding
- Develop effective plans for managing multiple trainees
- Engage in critical conversations with trainees in a compassionate and culturally aware manner.
