Lunch & Learn - From Goals to Growth: Writing Effective Learning Objectives and Assessments In-Person
Clear, well-constructed learning objectives guide both teaching and assessment, ensuring alignment between what is taught and what learners achieve. This session will explore how to craft effective learning objectives for both classroom and clinical settings, using established taxonomies to promote higher-order thinking. Participants will analyze and refine learning objectives, ensuring they are clear, measurable, and effectively linked to assessment methods.
