Advanced Research Mentoring Level 2: Fostering Independence and Promoting Professional Development In-Person
This final session of the Advanced Research Mentoring Level 2 will allow participants to refine their mentoring philosophy. Attendance at this session, as well as the previous three, and active participation will allow the participant to achieve the Advanced Research Mentoring Level 2 Credly Badge. Attainment of the ARML1 Badge is a prerequisite for this session.
Learning Objectives:
1. Reflect on the mentor-training experience
2. Reflect on any intended behavioral or philosophical changes across the mentoring competencies
3. Articulate an approach for working with mentees in the future
