Become an UNstoppable Pair: VCU SOM Staff/Administrative Leader & Faculty Leader Dyad Leadership Training (Medical Society of Virginia) In-Person
Who: Pairs of Staff/Administrative Leader and Faculty Leader will participate together
Goals of the training:
•Dyads will learn each other's strengths and how they impact their working relationship
•Participants will engage with their dyad and other dyads to strengthen the relationship and working strengths
•Dyads will discover each other’s roles, responsibilities, talents, and needs and learn how together they build stronger teams
•Participants will work together through the Power of Positive Teams and develop a roadmap for their team.
