The 2nd Annual VCU SOM Leadership Academy aims to develop aspiring mid-level leaders to explore their roles from a variety of perspectives including individual, department/area, and institutional. This 3-day series will explore participants' strengths, opportunities for improvement within their areas, and impact on the institution. Participants will identify goals and plans to implement change while acquiring tools to navigate challenges along the way.

By the end of this Academy, participant will be able to:

• Describe their strengths and ways these strengths contribute to their roles
• Navigate communication related to change and area improvement
• Develop a plan for improvement based on survey data and organizational vision(s)/goals
