Developing the next generation of researchers, and diversifying the research workforce, requires intentional and effective research mentoring. Join CIMER trained research faculty for this in-person interactive session where we will explore evidence-based practices for supportive and equitable engagement in research.  This session satisfies the mentoring training requirement for all mentors with MARC, IMSD, and PREP research scholars. Active participants in this session are eligible to receive the VCU Credly Advanced Research Mentoring Level 1 badge.
