Leveraging YOU! as a Leader Online
In session 3 of the Leveraging YOU! series, faculty will focus on how their strengths and values can be leveraged as a leader. Beginning with an exploration of leadership style, participants will connect their style with their strengths and values and investigate how that impacts team dynamics and performance. This session will feature interactive activities and opportunities to hear perspectives from SOM leaders.
At the conclusion of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand how strengths and values contribute to your leadership style
- Apply personal mission statement when leading others
- Foster effective team dynamics through prioritization of individual strengths and values
