Lunchtime Learning Session: Leading with Authenticity and Positivity Online
Join us for this engaging and informative session to explore the impact of a positive approach to leadership. During this session, a team of presenters will help you discover how positive psychology can impact your effectiveness as a leader and ways to transform your leadership style to one that is more authentic for you and that will help you lead others in a more impactful way. The session will also explore the roles of gender and culture as they relate to leadership approaches and effectiveness.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
