If you are a Portfolio Champion volunteer, SOM Department Administrator, or Portfolio Student Lead, please join us for an important training on the new Portfolio system.  There will be three phases to this training.  Phase One, offered the week of January 24, 2022, will include three (3) training opportunities with the following scope:  Activity tracking​, Curriculum Vitae​, Expertise profile​, Activity report​, Teaching portfolio.

• Create and manage their activity data
  • Add new activities
  • Edit activities
  • Attach Documentation
  • Import publication data from external sources such as PubMed
  • Archive activities
• Create and export documents (e.g., curriculum vitae, activity report, and faculty expertise profile)
• Access how-to guides and system FAQ
