Join us via Zoom* for Creating an Inclusive Environment Online, November 9 at 6pm!

Participants will incorporate best practices for avoiding bias and promoting inclusivity in small group online environments.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe how inclusivity and bias influence the five dysfunctions of a team
  • Promote inclusivity in small groups using strategies outlined from Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Facilitators: Dr. Gretchen Neigh, Associate Professor, Anatomy and Neurobiology; Dr. Hongxia Wang, Instructor, Biophysics and Physiology; Carly Croft, Ophthalmic Tech Specialist, Ophthalmology; Dr. Molly Hyer, Postdoctoral Fellow, Anatomy & Neurobiology; and Dr. Adam Rossi, Senior Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Fellow.
