Join us via Zoom* for Creating an Inclusive Environment Online, November 9 at 6pm!
Participants will incorporate best practices for avoiding bias and promoting inclusivity in small group online environments.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Describe how inclusivity and bias influence the five dysfunctions of a team
- Promote inclusivity in small groups using strategies outlined from Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team
