By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Identify the characteristics and measures of major social media platforms used in health communication,
Examine the professional use of digital tools in learner, researcher, and clinician contexts
Describe the cautions, limitations, and privacy concerns when using social media as a lurker or influencer
Reflect on strategies for using social media to debunk “fake-news” and inaccurate information in healthcare.
