Lunchtime Learning: Conflict Management -- The Art of Communicating, Listening, and Valuing Differences In-Person
All members of the VCU community are invited. Lunch provided with RSVP by Friday, August 30.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- identify various styles of conflict and their impact.
- recognize the consequences of conflict in the workplace.
- develop an awareness of conflict management strategies.
- discuss the art of dealing with difficult people and situations.
