Mindful Practice in Medical Education and Beyond! In-Person
All members of the VCU community including fellows, housestaff & Inova and VAMC faculty are invited.

Sarah Braun, MS, Clinical Psychology Doctorate Candidate, Department of Neurology, Division of Neuro-Oncology
By the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Define mindfulness
- Describe the benefits of mindfulness in your clinical and teaching roles
- Identify challenges to being mindful in daily life
- Access resources that promote mindful practice
- Contribute to developing a culture of mindfulness within the organization
