Lunchtime Learning: Giving and Receiving Feedback - Overcoming the Barriers In-Person

By the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Describe why feedback says more about the giver than the receiver;
- Describe pseudo-requests and pseudo-feedback experiences;
- Identify barriers that prevent effective feedback and what to do about them;
- Practice recommended techniques for giving, receiving, and soliciting feedback from learners.
